Return Policy Overview

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: We limit returns to three (3) items per customer every 30 days. This policy is in place to prevent the need for restocking fees and to ensure fairness for all customers. Once a return is initiated and approved, no further returns, refunds, or exchanges can be processed for that customer for the next 30 days. If you’re planning a large order, we recommend starting with a smaller purchase to ensure you find the perfect fit before placing subsequent orders.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@ravellobarefootshoes.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you discover any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was shipped. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

• Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
